At Rapid Roof Lifter we take a different approach in helping you establish your construction budget.
If you can provide us with current pictures of the building, desired new clear height, your intended use at the higher clear height and any drawings or Blue Prints, we can usually provide you with a budgetary quote within a few hours. We can do this based on historical data collected from our previous jobs and our many years of experience.
Your Investment
We make doing business with us easier than you may have experienced with other contractors. Everyone wants to know of course “how much it will cost to lift my roof?” And we all hate the response “well that depends.”
No-nonsense Contracts
Our contracts are simple documents written in plain English. We provide a detailed scope of work and identify any potential areas for additional costs well in advance of starting the project.
Simple Payment Terms
50% upon contract and 50% when we finish, payment for your roof lift is as simple as that.

On-Site Visits
Once we provide you with a budgetary quote, you continue through your evaluation and planning process while we remain available to answer your questions and assist you. Once you have determined the feasibility of your project, we can help you nail down final costs. Usually this involves a site visit where we will meet you at your building and perform a walk-through prior to contracting. Our fee for this service is nominal and is refunded to you if you proceed to contract with us. And we never charge for this service to our repeat customers!
